Given the increased levels of interest we’re seeing from brands looking to understand the different ways of measuring ROI, I thought it would be useful to expand on two of the approaches in a little more detail.

As the infographic above shows, when it comes to measuring and transforming field sales team effectiveness, more than one approach is needed; with the ‘algorithmic’ approach used to make the execution phase of a campaign more dynamic.

Approaches such as ours, which are based on ‘regression’ analysis, compliment this by providing a means to accurately measure the true ROI and provide insight into more strategic decisions, such as which retailers to call on, how long to spend in store and how frequently to visit.
